At Kuni Lexus we are committed to keeping you informed with the latest news regarding Lexus automobiles. In recent months Lexus has voluntarily recalled several models. Most recently the HS 250 and certain 2006, 2007 and 2008 GS,IS and LS models. There have been no reported accidents or injuries due to these defects but because Lexus’ first concern is the safety of their customers they have decided to recall these vehicles.
If your vehicle is included in any of these recalls, Lexus will notify you via first class mail. You will be requested to contact Kuni Lexus for diagnosis and repair. Lexus estimates that the likelihood of a customer vehicle experiencing this condition is two-tenths of one percent (0.2 %) but the repair will involve replacement of the engine's valve springs at no charge.
