 1.Must be a current Lexus (LFS or non-LFS) owner. Members of the same household will be accepted. For example: If the new Lexus Customer’s name does not match the proof of ownership, the address must be the same.
2. Completed Loyalty Form must be submitted with every contract
3. Eligibility must be verified by the DSSO with a completed Loyalty Form. For non-LFS customer submit a valid proof of Lexus ownership, which includes one of the following:
•Current Lexus billing statement from non-LFS lender with customer name/address
•Valid current vehicle registration with Lexus make/model and customer name/address
